Bagaimana organisasi melihat dirinya dan bagaimana harus bersikap. Contoh:

Merupakan nilai-nilai yang dianut atau dikagumi organisasi. Contoh:

Merupakan budaya kerja suatu organisasi. Contoh:

That's built into their culture, and it's specific for that industry.

Gol (Goal)
Apa yang ingin dicapai oleh organisasi. Contoh:
Peningkatan profit perusahaan.
Bidikan (Aim)
Apa yang dilakukan organisasi untuk memenuhi tujuannya. Contoh:
Meningkatkan penjualan sehingga meningkatkan profit perusahaan.
Obyektif (Objective)
Indikator apakah bidikan organisasi mengenai tujuannya. Contoh:
Peningkatan kualitas produk.
Penurunan waktu tunggu konsumen.
Sasaran (Target)
Pengukuran seberapa sukses bidikan organisasi mengenai tujuannya. Contoh:
Profit meningkat 10%.
